Financial Analyst

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our growing organization.
Job Responsibility:

This person will be responsible for providing financial analysis and supporting the SEC reporting functions. This position is responsible for financial modeling, performing analysis, and drawing conclusions.

Job Duties:
Formulate methods and procedures to research and analyze economic, market and financial condition of the industry;
collect and analyze customers¡¦/ distributors¡¦ business data, financial statements, business history, profitability and market share for credit evaluation and control;
Evaluate financial and statistical data, interpret date affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences to project investment/reward for management;
Prepare and submit analysis of financial reports, such as income statement, balance sheet, liquidity, profitability, credit history, and cash reserves required by the company to satisfy regulatory requirements;
monitor fundamental economics, industrial, and corporate developments and recommend production/investment suggestion to management;
Confer with personnel in sales and production department, participate in the projection of pricing and marketing strategies; and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Master degree in Business Administration or Finance required
SEC disclosures highly preferred and budget preparation
Strong knowledge of GAAP

Regional Account Executive - Central/South America

SOYO Group is expanding! Located in Ontario, California, we are a leader of motherboard, PC peripheral and wireless network manufacturing. SOYO specializes in manufacturing high performance components for the end users and mainstream products for the channel business. We have an immediate opening for a Regional Account Executive to handle our Latin American markets.
You will create a funnel of new business activity by cold calling, following up on leads and prospecting for new major accounts within an assigned geographical region. You will work closely with both customers the sales & marketing team in order to develop proposals, conduct presentations and negotiate the business terms needed to gain new customers.

Qualifications:

Proven record with a minimum of 2 years direct channel and/or distribution selling experience, and having consistently sold to major accounts within your territory.
Proven success in growing and maintaining existing accounts
Must have a demonstrated record of consistent quota achievement with a list of specific successes and #1 in sales in your portfolio.
Must have the ability to prospect aggressively within an assigned territory.
Must possess comprehensive understanding of the concepts of computer hardware, especially motherboards.
Must have good business sense with excellent judgment skills.
Must have good computer skills, including understanding and experiences with Word, Excel, Power Point, the Internet, and MS Outlook
You are motivated, hard working with an over achiever mentality with a hunter attitude who wants revenue, revenue.
This position requires you to be on site 5 days a week, no telecommuting or remote location.
Spanish or Portuguese speaking a plus.

Some previous inside sales experience with computer and telecommunications and/or consumer electronics products with a track record of success, as well as growing existing client accounts, desired.

Qualifications include innovative business development and management skills, with experience in strategic planning, objective setting and problem solving, with a track record of achieving objectives and experience in assessing market trends, identifying and assimilating customer needs for solutions, and articulating customer business models. Experience in the High Tech industry and knowledge of retail, distribution or reseller organizational structures are required, as well as business development experience working with alternate product delivery channels and building partnerships. Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing forecasts, tracking results and quantifying qualitative opportunities, motivating and working effectively with others, contributing individual capabilities in order to achieve group objectives, good MS Office skills and experience with Sales Force Automation tools are a MUST.
