Extended Warranty Policy

The Extended Warranty Service (the "Program") is offered pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The program extends the term of SOYO's standard warranty for an additional period of time depending upon the choice indicated below. For SOYO's standard warranty terms, please consult the Users' Guide that was enclosed with your product at the time of purchase.

Enrollment is accomplished by product registration with applicable serial number. Once enrolled, the Program is valid for the stated term and is not transferable. The enrollment fee, including any tax, is NOT refundable. Customers may register at any time during the first 365 days of product purchase. Enrollment pricing is subject to change without notice.

The procedures and contact information for obtaining service under the SOYO Extended Warranty for SOYO LCD TV Products are the same as those in the One-Year Limited Warranty provided with your LCD TV.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN. THIS PROGRAM IN NO WAY EXPANDS OR ENHANCES THE APPLICABLE LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, EXCEPT TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF TIME DURINIG WHICH THE LIMITED WARRANTY WILL BE APPLICABLE.

NOT COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY:

Loss of or damage to the covered product due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations or failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in the covered product's User Manual.

This extended warranty and its complete provisions, stipulations and guidelines are exclusive of countries and territories outside of the United States and Canada.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SOYO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR DATA LOSS OF ANY PROGRAMS, DATA OR REMOVABLE STORAGE MEDIA THAT MAY OCCUR DURING REPAIR OR DUE TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
