Investor FAQ's
A: SOYO Inc. designs, manufactures and markets consumer electronics products to the global consumer market through a network of retailers, distributors and e-tailers.
Q: I thought SOYO was a designer and manufacturer of motherboards, when did they begin to transition into consumer electronics products? A: We began our transition into LCD and Computer Accessories in 2005. As the price of computers continued to drop, so did the amount that could be charged for the components that drive the PC. Motherboards became a commodity, and SOYO had to change directions. We saw the demand for LCD products increasing; and that division of our business began to move to the forefront of our product offerings.
Q: What is SOYO's relationship with Honeywell? A: In 2007, we signed a licensing agreement with Honeywell Intellectual Properties Inc. Under the agreement, we will create and market consumer electronics products under the Honeywell Brand, as well as build the Honeywell Consumer Electronics Division.
Q: What is SOYO Inc.'s ticker symbol? A: SOYO Inc.’s shares trade on the Over-the-Counter-Bulletin-Board (OTCBB) under the ticker symbol SOYO.
Q: What types of products does SOYO Inc. sell? A: Our current product mix is comprised of LCD HDTV’s, LCD Monitors, Portable Storage Devices, Bluetooth Products, Home Theatre Furniture and HD Accessories (including wall mounts and HDMI cables). We sell our products under the SOYO, Dragon, Onyx, Dymond, Honeywell, Le Vèllo, and Privè brand names. Q: Where can I purchase a SOYO Inc. consumer electronics product? A: Please visit our Where To Buy section for a complete and up-to-date list of our vendors. |
